C&L Homes was formed in 1983 at the height of an Ocean City building boom. Initially, we concentrated on building multifamily units. In 1989, we changed our focus toward specializing in single family homes, with several constructed in the Caine Woods area of north Ocean City, as well as in nearby Worchester County.

In 1993, C&L Homes concentrated on the construction and sale of modular [manufactured] homes in two major Worcester County developments. Following the successful completion of almost 350 homes, we returned to our "roots" of custom home construction, and did so with a concentration on customer satisfaction. We have become a full spectrum organization able to find the ideal lot and construct the ideal home. We pride ourselves in relieving our customers of the tedious burden and detail of home construction.
